Artificial Intelligence-Driven Decision Support Systems: Transforming Organizational Management, Educational Outcomes, and Social Development in the Digital Era

Abstract

AI-DSS stands for intelligent decision-making systems that are based on artificial intelligence techniques, including machine learning and prediction. Moreover, knowledge management and intelligent automation have a significant importance in the decision support systems with the use of these tools. Artificial intelligence decision support systems enhance decision-making capabilities by processing large volumes of information and gaining valuable insights in order to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the decisions. The current literature review focuses on the examination of the theoretical basis, technological features, and uses of the AI-DSS technologies in organizational management, education, and socio-economic development. It is evident that these technologies contribute to the improvement of business intelligence, the optimization of organizational processes, the provision of the individualized learning, the efficient management of the educational sector, the public administration and management of the healthcare facilities, and the sustainable development. The benefits of the AI-DSS technologies, such as the improvement of decision quality, productivity, real-time analytics, and innovation-based growth are analyzed. On the other hand, some challenges in the area of data quality, technical complexity, reliability of algorithms, scalability, and the problem of user acceptance are highlighted.
